What to expect at
your first visit:
This is generally a longer appointment where you meet the hygienist. We take a full mouth series of radiographs, measure to determine periodontal health, and determine a plan for each individual whether it’s simple or complex. This appointment generally lasts around 1.5-2h.

We accept payment in cash, checks, and all major credit cards. For those who need additional assistance covering the cost of treatment, we also accept CareCredit. This third party medical and dental financier offers low and no interest payments plans. We accept and file dental insurance for your convenience.
New Patient Forms
The new patient forms are provided here to help cut down on wait time during your initial visit. Just download, print, and fill them out. Because we want to give you the best dental care possible, make sure to bring any other information that might help us get to know you better. X-rays that were taken within the last year, medical history information and insurance information help paint the picture of you.
